All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returns must include all components and extra peripherals originally shipped to you.
Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service at CustomerSupport@ComputerBanc.org to obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

Refunds
